THIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of October 13, 2022, between WTI FUND X, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “Fund”), and WESTECH INVESTMENT ADVISORS LLC, a California limited liability company (“Westech Advisors”). Westech Advisors is sometimes referred to herein as the “Manager”.
