This Independent Service Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into effective as of 06/04/2022 ("Effective Date") between FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. ("FXG") and the party identified below ("Independent Service Provider" or "ISP"). FXG and the identified Independent Service Provider may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
