Tapestry, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), proposes to issue and sell to the several underwriters named in Schedule A (the “Underwriters”), acting severally and not jointly, the respective principal amounts set forth in such Schedule A of the Company’s 7.050% Senior Notes due 2025, 7.000% Senior Notes due 2026, 7.350% Senior Notes due 2028, 7.700% Senior Notes due 2030 and 7.850% Senior Notes due 2033 (together, the “Notes”).
