This Separation Agreement and General Release (this “Agreement”) is entered into between Kubient, Inc., together with its existing and future direct and indirect subsidiaries and controlled affiliates (the “Company”), and Paul Roberts (“Employee”) (each individually, a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”).
