This CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made as of February 27, 2024 and effective as of April 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Brian Lenz, an individual residing at the address in the State of New Jersey on file with the Company (“Consultant”) and ADMA Biologics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ADMA Biologics”), on behalf of itself and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, predecessors, successors and assigns (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Company”).
