This CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 28th day of February 2024 by and between Tronox Holdings plc (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”), and John D. Romano, an individual (the “Executive” or “you”).
