This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of May 30, 2024 by and between Bitdeer Technologies Group, an exempted company with limited liability incorporated in the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and Tether International Limited, a BVI business company (the “Holder”). Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning assigned to such terms in the text of this Agreement or in Section 1.
