THIS TRANSITION SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of [ ● ], 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Seres Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and [Société des Produits Nestlé S.A., a société anonyme organized under the laws of Switzerland] (“Purchaser”).
