SIXTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of September 1, 2024, between NEW JERSEY NATURAL GAS COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey (hereinafter called the “Company”), having its principal office at 1415 Wyckoff Road, Wall, New Jersey, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as successor in interest to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (hereinafter called the “Trustee”), having a principal office at 333 Thornall Street, 4th Floor, Edison, New Jersey 08837, as Trustee under the Amended and Restated Indenture of Mortgage, Deed of Trust and Security Agreement hereinafter mentioned.
