This AMENDED AND RESTATED TENDER AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 7, 2024, is entered into by and among Crown Laboratories, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Reba Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub”), and the stockholders of Revance Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), set forth on Schedule A hereto (each, a “Stockholder” and collectively, the “Stockholders”). All terms used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Merger Agreement (as defined below).

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December 7, 2024, by and among Crown Laboratories, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Reba Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub,” and together with Parent, the “Buyer Parties”), and Revance Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). Each of the Company, Parent and Merger Sub is sometimes referred to as a “Party.” Certain capitalized terms that are used in this Agreement have the respective meanings given to them in Article I.
