This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between AmerisourceBergen Corporation, a Delaware corporation (hereinafter the “Company”), and James F. Cleary, Jr. (the “Executive”), was executed by the parties hereto on the dates set forth below and is dated and effective as of August 22, 2017.
