THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this "AGREEMENT") is made as of June 22, 2005 by and between Lexor Holdings, Inc., a Florida corporation with principal business address at 17011 Beach Blvd., Suite 1230, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" and Jeantex, Inc., a California corporation, with principal business address at 130 E. Jefferson Street, Los Angeles, CA 90011 and Susan Shin, its president and shareholder, hereinafter referred to as "Seller."
