THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this "AGREEMENT") is made as of October 6, 2006 by and between Jeantex Group, Inc., a Florida corporation, with principal business address at 17011 Beach Blvd., Suite 1230, Huntington Beach, CA 92647, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" and Cinbee, Inc., a California corporation, with principal business address at 1807 E. Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90021, hereinafter referred to as "Seller."
