("FIMM"), a New Hampshire corporation with its principal offices at One Spartan Way, Merrimack, New Hampshire and Fidelity Research & Analysis Company ("FRAC"), a Massachusetts corporation with its principal offices at 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts.
