THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of February 10, 2023, is entered into among AMN HEALTHCARE, INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”), AMN HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent”), the Subsidiary Guarantors identified on the signature pages hereto, the lenders identified on the signature pages hereto (the “Lenders”) and TRUIST BANK, as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
