Please accept this letter as confirmation that Hy-Tech Technology Group, Inc. (the "Company"), has agreed to modify the retainer agreement between the Company and Gersten, Savage, Kaplowitz, Wolf & Marcus ("GSKWM"). The modification is to take effect as of even date herewith.
