This Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 1st day of December, 2004 by and among NeoReach, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), MobilePro Corp, a Delaware corporation, as guarantor of the financial provisions of this contract (“Mobilepro”) and Bruce Sanguinetti, a natural person, residing in the State of California (“Mr. Sanguinetti”).
