THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 15, 2005 and shall be effective as of July 18, 2005 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Patient Safety Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with an office located at 100 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1500, Santa Monica, California, 90401 (the “Company”) and Richard Bertran, an individual with an address 27631 Sanderling Way, Temecula, California, 92591 (“Individual”).
