THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), made as of the 9th day of September, 2005, effective on the Effective Date (as defined herein), between Greens Worldwide Incorporated, (the “Company”), an Arizona corporation , having its principal place of business at Hertford, NC and R. Thomas Kidd (the “Executive”).
