(the "Company"), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as depositary (the "Depositary"), and all holders (the "Holders") and beneficial owners (the "Beneficial Owners") from time to time of Global Depositary Shares ("GDSs") evidenced by Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") issued thereunder.
