This AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of February 14, 2006, is entered into by and between DIALYSIS CORPORATION OF AMERICA, a Florida corporation (herein, together with its successors and assigns, the “Borrower”), and KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (herein, together with its successors and assigns, the “Lender”).
