This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is dated as of April 19, 2006 by and between Song Hong, residing in Shenzhen, China (“Executive”), and Diguang International Development Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), a Nevada corporation and shall be effective as of the closing of the Share Exchange, as described in the recitals below.
