This Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Barretto Pacific Corporation (“BPC”) has been engaged by GuruNet Corporation (the “Company”) for the purpose of disseminating and publicizing information regarding the Company, its business and its affairs to members of the public in the United States of America with a view to encouraging investment in the Company’s securities.
