This techonology Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective June 28, 2006 (“Effective Date”), by and between Bally Gaming Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Bally”) and Spectre Gaming, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“Spectre”).
