THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 27, 2006 and shall be effective as of August 8, 2006 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Patient Safety Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with an office located at 1800 Century Park East, Suite 200, Los Angeles, California 90067 (the “Company”) and Milton “Todd” Ault, III, an individual, with an address at 1800 Century Park East, Suite 200, Los Angeles, California 90067 (“Individual”).
