This agreement dated as of October 31, 2006 between JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (together with its successors and assigns, the "Bank"), whose address is 500 East Border Street, Arlington, TX 76010, and Mace Security International, Inc. (whether one or more, and if more than one, individually and collectively, the "Borrower"), whose address is 1000 Crawford Place, Suite 400, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. The provisions of this agreement are effective on September 30, 2006.
