EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") effective as of the 1st day of January, 2005 between YTB INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (F/K/A REZCONNECT TECHNOLOGIES, INC.), a New Jersey corporation (the "Corporation"), with principal executive offices located at 560 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632; and Michael Brent, residing at c/o the Corporation at 560 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 (the "Executive").
