As Servicer under the Transfer and Servicing Agreement dated as of November 1, 2006, by and among HMB Acceptance Corporation, as Depositor, you, as Indenture Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Securities Administrator and Master Servicer, HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2006-2, as Issuer, HomeBanc Corporation, as Seller and Services (the “Transfer and Servicing Agreement”), we hereby authorize and request you to establish an account, as a Custodial Account pursuant to Section 4.02(d) of the Transfer and Servicing Agreement, designated as “HomeBanc Corporation in trust for U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2006-2.” All deposits in the account shall be subject to withdrawal therefrom by order signed by the Servicer.
