This Amended and Restated Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of December 19, 2006 and retroactively effective to October 1, 2006, is between HSI Asset Securitization Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and HSBC Bank USA, National Association, a national banking association (the “Sponsor” and “Seller”).
