This is an Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreement (this “AAR Agreement”) made as of February 1, 2007, among HSBC Bank USA, National Association (the “Assignor”), HSI Asset Securitization Corporation (the “Depositor”), Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP (the “Servicer”) and Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (the “Company”), and acknowledged by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as master servicer (in such capacity, the “Master Servicer”) and securities administrator (in such capacity, the “Securities Administrator”) and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, not individually but solely as trustee on behalf of the HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-HE1 (the “Assignee”).
