THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT, dated as of March 27, 2007, is entered into by and among Neah Power Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation with headquarters located at 22122 20th Avenue SE, Suite 161, Bothell, Washington 98021 (the “Company”), and CAMOFI MASTER LDC and any additional purchasers whose signatures appear at the conclusion of this agreement (collectively, the “Purchaser”).
