THIS COMMON STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 2, 2007, between Zane Acquisition II Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Company”), Steven Bettinger, Jared Shaw, Ivan Spinner (collectively, the “Initial Stockholders”) and Trinad Capital Master Fund, Ltd. (the “Purchaser”).
