This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 13th day of April 2007, by and between Skins Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Antonio Pavan, an individual (the “Executive”). Company or Executive are sometimes referred to herein as a “party,” or collectively, as the “parties”.
