This Courthouse Square Lease Agreement ("Lease") is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2006, by and between the CITY OF HANFORD, a municipal corporation, with its principal place of business in the City of Hanford, County of Kings, State of California (hereinafter referred to as "Landlord"), and Global Food Technologies, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with its principal place of business in the City of Hanford, County of Kings, State of California, (hereinafter referred to as "Tenant").
