Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2007 (the “Agreement”), by and between Shells Seafood Restaurants, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 16313 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Suite 100, Tampa, Florida 33618 (the "Company"), and Leslie Christon (the "Executive"), currently residing at 6211 Emmons Lane, Tampa, Florida 33647.
