(“MTI-II” or “Seller”), a limited partnership with a principal business address of 5825 Glenridge Drive, Building 3, Suite 255, Atlanta, Georgia, and Modern Medical Modalities Corporation (“MMMC” or “Buyer”), a New Jersey corporation with a principal business address of 439 Chestnut Street, Union, New Jersey.
