THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated and effective as of September 21, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), between uBid.com Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business located at 8725 W. Higgins Road, Suite 900, Chicago, Illinois 60631, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (the “Company”), and Jeffrey D. Hoffman, an individual residing in Chicago, Illinois (the “Executive”).
