Agreement made this 6th day of June, 2007, between Laboratoires Carilène S.A.S a corporation existing under the laws of France, and having its principal place of business at 7, rue du Chant des Oiseaux, 78360 Montesson-France (hereinafter referred to as “Supplier”), and Auriga Laboratories, Inc., existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A, having its principal place of business at 2029 Century Park East, Suite 1130, Los Angeles, CA 90067 U.S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”).
