This Agreement is made on October 18, 2007 by and among JANEL WORLD TRADE, LTD. ("Janel"), a Nevada corporation, with its principle office at 150-14 132nd Avenue, Jamaica, New York, 11434; JANEL NEWCO, INC., a Nevada corporation with its principle office at 150-14 132nd Avenue, Jamaica, New York, 11434 (“Buyer@); and ORDER LOGISTICS, INC. (“Seller”).
