This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on the 30th day of October, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BIO SOLUTIONS MANUFACTURING, INC., a New York corporation (hereafter referred to as the “Company”), and DAVID S. BENNETT (hereafter referred to as “Executive”). The Company and Executive may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
