THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of 2007 by and between Micro Paint Holdings Limited, a New Zealand company (“MPH”), and NeoMedia Micro Paint Repair, Inc., a Nevada Corporation having an office located at 13891, Jetport Loop, Units 15-18, Fort Myers, FL 33913, United States of America (“Distributor”).
