THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into and is effective as of the 27th day of September, 2007 (the "Effective Date"), between Onstream Media Corporation, a Florida corporation, whose principal place of business is 1291 S.W. 29th Avenue, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069 (the "Company") and David Glassman, an individual whose address is 7100 Mandarin Drive, Boca Raton, Florida 33433 (the "Executive").
