STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 27th day of December, 2007, by and between Stamford Industrial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its principal office at One Landmark Square, 21st Floor, Stamford, Connecticut 06901 (the “Company”), and Albert W. Weggeman, an individual residing at 15 Sidecut Road, Redding, CT 06896 (the “Optionee”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company's 2007 Stock Incentive Plan.
