This Executive Severance Agreement (“Agreement”), including the attached Exhibits “A” and “B,” which are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part of this Agreement, is entered into between U.S. Concrete, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and William T. Albanese (“Executive”). This Agreement is effective as of January 18, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), although Executive’s monthly base salary (as set forth in Exhibit “A”) has been adjusted retroactively to January 1, 2008 so that, from and after January 1, 2008, Executive’s monthly base salary is as set forth in Exhibit “A”. The Company and Executive agree as follows:
