This Indemnification Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of the 4th day of February, 2008 is made by and between SUTOR TECHNOLOGY GROUP LIMITED, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Guoyou Shao, an independent director of the Company (the “Indemnitee”).
