(Star Defense Systems) Ltd. a public company registered in the State of Israel, traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange under the symbol SDS (א.ס.ד.ס) (“SDS”), in the field of the defense industry, inter alia, in the development, manufacturing and marketing of applications for night vision equipment, airplane equipment and airborne systems upgrading and various safety equipment; and
