This SHARE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 28, 2008, is by and among Travel Hunt Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent”), Willsky Development, Ltd., a British Virgin Islands company (the “Company”), and the Shareholder of the Company identified on Annex A hereto (the “Shareholder”).
