This Separation Agreement and Release of All Claims (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Lorne Walker (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “Executive”), and DigitalFX International, Inc., a Florida corporation, and all its subsidiary and affiliated corporations (hereinaf-ter collectively sometimes referred to as the “Company”). Executive and the Company shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
