THIS ADVERTISING REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 10th day of December, 2007 (“Effective Date”) by and between MiniClip, a Company registered in the United Kingdom with company number (04150754) whose registered office is at 15 The Timber Yard, Drysdale St., London, N1 6ND, United Kingdom (“MC”), and GoFish Corporation a Nevada corporation with offices at 706 Mission St. 10th floor, San Francisco, CA 94103 (“GF”, and collectively with MC, “Parties”).
