This Agreement is effective as of April 11, 2008 between DOCUMENT SECURITY SYSTEMS, INC. (“DSS”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York with its principal address at First Federal Plaza, Suite 1525, 28 East Main Street, Rochester, New York 14614 and ERGONOMIC GROUP, INC. (“Ergonomic”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York with its principal address at 609-3 Cantiague Rock Road, Westbury, New York 11590. DSS and Ergonomic may also be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
